Fun Boat Chicago is a premier boat charter service based in downtown Chicago. We specialize in providing top-tier, luxurious boat charters, allowing customers to immerse themselves in the beauty of the Chicago Skyline and Lake Michigan.

Our mission is simple – we aim to deliver unforgettable, safe adventures and create lasting memories for everyone on the waters of Lake Michigan.

We are here to bring your unique event to life – some clients prefer to simply cruise the Chicago River or Monroe Harbor while marveling at the incredible architecture, while others choose to watch the fireworks over Navy Pier. Some clients prefer to have a swim party in the famous Playpen, and still others choose to anchor close to music they love at the Salt Shed or Northerly Island.

Our Story

Having grown up in the Chicagoland area, we’ve enjoyed the wonders of Lake Michigan since we were children and want to give everyone the same experience. Our primary vessel, Tilly’s Dream, is a custom Coast Guard Certified 40-foot pontoon that comfortably holds up to 35 guests for your occasion. This spacious vessel includes a full-sized bathroom, multiple coolers to keep your food and beverages cold, and a Bluetooth stereo system, allowing guests to play their favorite music and set the perfect vibe for their event.

At Funboat Chicago, safety and professionalism are at the heart of our operations. Our vessel is captained by USCG-certified Master Captains, who have undergone the most stringent training to ensure your journey is safe, smooth, and enjoyable. Whether you’re a first-time boater or a seasoned water enthusiast, you can trust our crew to deliver top-tier service with a commitment to your comfort and security.
